JOB TITLE: Warehouse Associate

REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager

SALARY RANGE: $20-24 Hourly

OVERVIEW

Our warehouse support person is responsible for a variety of duties such as processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packaging, organizing shelves, cycle counting and other duties as requested.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support shipping and receiving department with incoming and outgoing shipments
• Pulling stock for assembly work orders
• Label merchandise and stocking shelves
• Inventory cycle counts
• Ensure cleanliness of warehouse, dock and grounds
• Pick up of local parts with company vehicle

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities for individuals assigned to work in the warehouse and materials handling functions assigned to them.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in a manufacturing warehouse including; materials storage, production & dock areas.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and to reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear. Ability to lift 75 lbs.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work while in the office are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours may vary. Overtime may be required on occasion.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, previous warehousing experience will be an advantage to applicant. Valid driver's license.
