About Us

Pelvic Health Solutions is a small, rapidly growing, private practice dedicated to providing exceptional care for male and female pelvic floor conditions. Rooted in evidence-based practices and personalized care, we are at the forefront of defining the pelvic health industry. With a goal to open clinics across the country, we are seeking a driven, growth-oriented Chief of Staff to join our team and to play a pivotal role in our operational success.

Position Overview

As the Chief of Staff at Pelvic Health Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting the clinic's growth objectives across functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage all aspects of clinic operations and lead strategic cross-functional projects to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is excited at the prospect of working in a hands-on environment with a no task too small mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight:

o Directly manage the front desk teams and clinic operations across locations

o Analyze and improve existing clinic workflows

o Monitor key performance indicators and proactively address improvement areas across functions

Cross-Functional Support

o Support the end-to-end de novo clinic workflow from real estate sourcing and selection to construction and clinic ramp up.

o Spearhead our marketing efforts across channels

o Provide operational support to clinical staff, administrative teams, and other functions as needed

Management Opportunity

o Oversee front and back-office staff, providing hands-on guidance and management

o Opportunity to lead and manage a function

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of work experience

- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within healthcare

- Demonstrated willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the work

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
