We are a personal injury law firm located in the Bronx! Peña and Kahn is looking to add another Bilingual (Spanish & English) team member to its front desk!

Candidates must be client oriented and able to work under pressure. Applicants must be dependable and reliable.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Answer busy phones switchboard
• Greet in-office guests
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Computer skills:Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Provide support to team supervisor and other staff for smooth office operations throughtout the day

Qualifications:

2-3 year office experience
