We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products, provide information on strains, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Duties:

- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide information on different strains, potency, and effects
- Conduct product demonstrations when required
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and concerns

Skills:

- Proficient in basic math for transactions
- Experience in sales or retail environments
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Skilled in upselling techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems for sales transactions
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and store layout
