JOB DESCRIPTION
Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Skill Level(s): Subject Matter Expert
• develop, implement, optimize, and maintain cloud computing solutions in consultation with relevant stakeholders for the supply chain risk management information cloud technology project
• work with security and the team to ensure data protection is in place in support of the supply chain risk management information technology cloud project• identify errors that might jeopardize cloud security and provide corrective action in support of the supply chain risk management information technology cloud projectThe Contactor shall test designs to find and fix errors and make system improvements for the supply chain risk management information technology cloud project
• optimize specific system operations to enhance efficiency and speed in support of the supply chain risk management information technology cloud project
• periodically evaluate the supply chain risk management information technology cloud project and make recommendations for performance enhancements
• participate in technical exchange meetings with stakeholders on cloud technical requirements for the supply chain risk management information technology project
• assess vendor vetting cloud requirements in consultation with relevant stakeholders
• provide Weekly Status Reports
REQUIRED SKILLS

The Candidate shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience:
• translating detailed design into computer software.• developing and conducting software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.
• ensuring the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• preparing documentation such as program-level, user-level, and security documentation.
• performing as an Agile Scrum Master.
• translating database requirements into end-to-end design for databases that may involve multiple interfaces to other database systems.
• designing, developing, implementing and maintaining database structures.
• designing interactive web databases and web services; and user interfaces.
• developing security procedures to protect databases from unauthorized usage.
• developing, testing, and implementing complex functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application development.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) and MS Azure cloud technologies.
• Jenkins, Github, Docker, and orchestration tools such as Ansible, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Linux administration and scripting languages including Bash and Python.
• full ELK stack such as ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Filebeat.
• JavaScript/HTML/CSS web user interfaces.
• web UI frameworks, such as React and/or Extended JavaScript (ExtJS).
