JOB DESCRIPTION
Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Skill Level(s): Senior

The Candidate will provide software development support to assist the Organization with the development of an analytic software tool that amalgamates, searches and displays data from various sources.

The Candidate will provide web development support that will design, build, and maintain websites and web page content.

The Candidate will provide cybersecurity engineering support, ensuring that the Organization’s systems successfully meet all security controls and gates, and evaluate all technology pilots to obtain proper approval(s).

The Candidate will provide systems architecture support who will serve as POCs to the Organization regarding translating the Organization’s business requirements into technical solutions, developing evaluation CONOPS, and coordinating stakeholder meetings.

The Candidate will provide systems engineering support to assist the Organization in solutions transfer and integration of emerging technologies into the end-users’ workplaces, aligned with mission needs.

The Candidate will provide systems administration support to enable the solutions transfer processes for emerging technologies being applied to Organization missions by facilitating IT needs, enhancing and optimizing customer IT infrastructure, and assisting end-users and customers with troubleshooting technologies during validation processes.

Required Skills

The Candidate shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience:

• Cybersecurity principals for Linux, Windows, and virtual platforms
• Organization’s current A&A system or its predecessors
• Experience in all steps of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.
• Creating system and application security test plans
• Preparing Body of Evidence and security reviews for security accreditations, and analyzing security test results and suggesting mitigation plans for identified risks
• Applying security risk assessment methodology to engineering activities.
 

Highly Desired Skills
Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:

• Submitting systems for security scans and inspections
• Public and private information security groups and organizations
• Communicating vulnerability results and risk posture to team members and management
• Information security policies and guidance, as well as assisting in researching, evaluating, and developing relevant security policies and guidance
• Performing complex technical tasks in pursuit of overall goals with minimal direction
Certification: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
