Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine mental health conditions and develop treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based treatment modalities to address learning disabilities and cognitive issues, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records
- Stay current with advancements in the field of psychology through ongoing professional development

- Assist leadership in developing evidence based Parent-Teen Therapy for Executive Function Deficits, ADHD and Cognitive training.

Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to mental health diagnoses and treatment
- Strong diagnostic evaluation skills to accurately assess clients' mental health conditions
- Proficient in Wechler Intelligence Scale for Children [WISC-R], Developmental Test of Visual-Motor Integration, Wide Range Achievement Test- Revised {WRAT-R], Wide Range Achievement Test - Revised [WRAT-R] and Woodcock Johnson Psycho-Educational Battery -revised [WJR].

- Proficient in Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2)
- Post-residency experience in clinical psychology practice, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting
- Familiarity with special education practices and accommodations for individuals with learning disabilities or developmental disorders

Requirements:

- Excellent crisis management skills and ability to handle high-stress situations
- Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessment tools
- Ability to provide culturally sensitive care and work with diverse populations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
