- Generating reports and monitoring data related to quality inspections and inventory
- Initiate and resolve cycle counts
- Conduct research to resolve inventory quality and damage complaints
- Collect and report on quality assurance issues and inspections
- Resolve issues related to receiving inventory
- Inventory variance resolution and research
- Creation and updates to purchase orders for inbound inventory
- System maintenance
- Effectively communicate on a high professional level
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, co-workers and stakeholders
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Identify errors and imperfections of samples
- Knowledge of quality standards for book industry
- Ability to work accurately and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new methods & systems required to adapt to changes in the work environment
- PC Proficiency to include Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of SAP and MARC
- Good overall attendance record
- Possess overall comprehension of filing procedures.
- Accurate, organized and detail oriented with exceptional follow up skills
