Title: Senior Planning Consultant
Location: Dublin or Belfast
The CompanyPenguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting Irelands largest independent town planning consultancy with offices in Dublin, Belfast, London and Edinburgh. The consultancy provides strategic advice with a commercial focus and has delivered approvals for schemed of various sizes across all development sectors such as Energy, Infrastructure, Residential, Retail Commercial, Healthcare, Tourism and Leisure.
Job PurposeThe opportunity is for a Senior level Planning Consultant to join the office in Dublin or Belfast. The successful candidate will be required to manage their own projects, contribute to the management of planning application and appeals, prepare planning appraisals and development plan submissions, carry out research and generally play and active role in all of the planning consultancy aspects of the business.
QualificationsAt least 4 years' experience within housebuilding, consultancy, land promoter or local authority.
IPI or RTPI accredited degree
