Peninsula Insurance Services is one of the fastest-growing agencies in Michigan and we are expanding our team to keep up with the demand. However, we are very selective about who we hire. We are only looking for people who are charismatic and have a proven track record of building relationships through sales and/or customer service.
Please be aware, we are not your grandpa’s sleepy insurance agency. We support our team by providing a stocked fridge/pantry, incredible team outings, a fast-paced, fun environment, FREE PREMIUM TRAINING, and FREE EXCLUSIVE LEADS to succeed. You don’t have to give up your weekends, evenings, or personal life to flourish in our agency. Our team is paid a SALARY twice a month, PLUS COMMISSION & BONUSES.
