Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary

For more than 75 years, the Peninsula Jewish Community Center (PJCC) has inspired a sense of community in San Mateo County, home to over 37,000 Jewish residents. Situated between San Francisco and Palo Alto, the PJCC is among the top 10 JCCs in North America. With a 12-acre campus in Foster City, the PJCC provides programs and services that reinforce the values and traditions embraced by the Jewish community while serving the broader community as well.

Overview of the Role:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation, implementation, and oversight of marketing strategies that drive engagement, enhance the PJCC’s brand, and support the organization’s mission and goals. This role involves managing the marketing team, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with the PJCC’s vision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and the PJCC website.
  • Coordinate the creation of promotional materials and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to create and promote programs and events.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and professional development.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track engagement and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Foster relationships with media outlets and manage public relations efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.
