TidalHealth Nanticoke located in Seaford, DE is seeking a passionate team-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join the Cardiology team to handle routine follow ups, cardiac clearances, pre-ops, and hospital follow-ups!

What the right candidate will enjoy:

• Be a part of the leading healthcare system on the Eastern Shore and Maryland
• Monday-Friday schedule: 8:30am – 5pm
  • Four and a half days in clinic and one half day at the hospital
• No new patient visits
• High volume cardiology practice
• No Call
• Current team consist of three General Cardiologist, three Interventionalists, one Electrophysiologist, and one Nurse Practitioner.
• EPIC EMR

Key Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice and active NP licensure
• Have a current license or must be able to obtain Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Delaware
• Previous nursing and/or advanced practice provider experience in cardiology is preferred but not mandatory
• Comprehensive assessment skills, expert clinical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and exceptional communication skills in collaboration with other members of the medical staff and administration.
