Job Description: Penn E&R has an excellent career opportunity for a Project Manager in our Mansfield/Wellsboro, PA office. We will also consider those for an Assistant PM level. You will work with a team to design projects on-time and on-budget and coordinate with other professionals including engineers, CAD, survey personnel and geologists. You execute engineering tasks at the direction of a Project Engineer/Project Manager. We are looking for an individual with enthusiasm for outstanding client service, a persistent initiative to continually learn new technical practices and to earn the confidence of clientele, company management/colleagues and regulators. Practice areas include: Hydrology and hydraulics Erosion and sedimentation controls Storm water management controls Material balance assessments Geotechnical evaluations Highway occupancy permits Construction specification development Qualifications include: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Engineering license preferred (PE, EIT) 4-8 years field related experience Strong writing and communication skills This is a full-time position.
