THE COORDINATOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTS THE DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN PROMOTING POSITIVE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES WHILE ASSURING COMPLIANCE OF PROGRAMS WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS / REGULATIONS.
SUPPORTS PENN HIGHLANDS’ PROFESSIONAL HUMAN RESOURCE OPERATIONS AT THE MEDICAL CENTER AND AFFILIATE ORGANIZATIONS. THE HR COORDINATOR PROMOTES EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES THROUGH UTILIZATION OF POLICIES AND PROCEDURES IN A CONSISTENT MANNER THROUGHOUT THE INSTITUTION AND AFFILIATE ORGANIZATIONS.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Have two years working in an office setting and in a support role preferred
- MASTER’S DEGREE WITH CONCENTRATION IN HUMAN RESOURCES, PHR OR SHRM-CP CERTIFICATION, EMPLOYEE RELATIONS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- Have knowledge of basic office equipment
