SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Under the direction of the Team Leader, ensures productive and even flow of work on a daily basis. Responsible for all high level third party and customer service billing or payment related issues. Assists in developing and maintaining policies and procedures, training programs for new and existing employees, and participates in special projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
