JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Penn State Behrend School of Engineering is seeking a detail-orientated, part time Senior Design Program Administrator to provide support to the school capstone project program.
Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining the database to track over 75 capstone projects each academic year
• Conference room scheduling for presentations
• Coordinating parking passes for visiting sponsors
• Payment requests for projects including payment processing and tracking
• Completion and tracking of all requested non-disclosure and intellectual property agreements
• Processing material orders for projects
• Maintaining all project budgets
• Work with other School of Engineering staff members to coordinate any student travel to sponsor locations, student resource website updates
• Annual capstone conference planning including showcase website updates

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of SIMBA SAP/Concur and Shop OnLion is preferred but not necessary
• Must demonstrate professionalism with a high commitment to customer service
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks with minimal direction
• Exercise good judgement while managing confidential information and maintaining a commitment fiscal responsibility
