Job Overview:

PENNEP is seeking a talented and dedicated Configuration Manager with expertise in HRP and Qnxt systems to join our client’s dynamic team. This role involves managing system configurations, optimizing performance, and supporting business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain HRP and Qnxt systems.
• Implement configuration changes based on business needs.
• Improve configuration processes and develop best practices.
• Document configuration changes and generate performance reports.
• Provide technical support and resolve configuration issues.
• Lead and manage configuration projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of system configuration experience.
• ​Proficiency in HRP and Qnxt systems.
• Experience in healthcare or HR industry required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have/ Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management certification is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
