Administrative Support, Academic Affairs (Penn State Dickinson Law Carlisle, PA)
Penn State Dickinson Law in Carlisle, PA is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant - Senior Support. The position provides high-level administrative leadership to the Academic Affairs Office and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
Reporting directly to the Dickinson Law Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and working closely with academic leadership, this individual will:
Education and experience:
Minimally requires an Associate's Degree or higher plus 4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, e.g. Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, including the ability to create footnotes and citations, is required. The ability to create and manage databases is also required along with the ability to learn new software applications. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, strong proofreading and editing are essential. Professional demeanor, project management capabilities, and the ability to work well with a diverse law student/alumni population are required.
