Job DescriptionPennybyrn has an opportunity for a Nursing Home AdministratorThis position's primary purpose is to provide leadership to the organization and oversee the operations of Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Transitional Rehab. The Administrator carries out the organization's missions, goals, and objectives to ensure outstanding service for our residents, and an exceptional work environment for team members. Develops and maintains relationships with residents, families, other stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Drives, develops, and implements person-centered care and culture change. Manages the day-to-day operations, including staffing, supervision, training, budgeting, support, and resource allocation. Develops and implements policies and procedures, monitors and analyzes data to ensure quality of care and service, and the safety and well-being of senior residents. Ensures responsible areas operate in compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Handles legal and ethical issues that may arise.
Candidates Must Have
  • Nursing Home Administrator license in North Carolina
  • Appropriate work experience in the long-term care or healthcare field, with 5 years desirable
  • A passion and innovation for aging services
  • The ability to keep abreast of changes in the Senior Adult field
  • Creativity, organization, and drive to lead, direct, and manage a diverse team
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain trust and accountability with passion and integrity
  • Desire and ability to act as a Servant Leader
