The Administrative Assistant job in Bangor, Maine is responsible for assisting with office tasks such as filing, answering phones, scheduling and taking messages. You'll have a solid understanding of how to perform data entry, work office equipment and maintain office inventory as needed. You will also be required to provide outstanding customer service to all clients and customers. This is a full time, temp to hire position.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Work experience with medical records and scheduling programs highly preferred
• Working knowledge of MS office and excel
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Strong phone presence with phone systems experience
• High level customer service skills
• Office casual work attire

Required Skills:

• Solid administrative skills
• Office/clerical experience
• Solid Multitasking skills

Administrative Assistant Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Pay Rate: $16.50/hr DOE
• Start Date: ASAP
