Maintenance Specialties Field Supervisor
The Maintenance Specialties Field Supervisor assists the Specialty MT Foreman with pressure washing and window washing of PCC Buildings and the operation of aerial lifts. The Field Supervisor assists the Foreman as needed in performance of all job related tasks.
Oversee Exterior Maintenance
Assist the Foreman as needed in the following: Supervise student workers in pressure washing of campus facilities, four stories and below. Maintain roofs, drains and gutters to prevent flooding. Operate and maintain small engines and maintenance equipment, maintaining the cleanliness of building exteriors. Train and oversee student workers during pressure wash operations
Operate Aerial Lifts
Assist the Foreman as needed in the following: Operate aerial lifts for exterior building maintenance and assist the Photographers when aerial shoots require using a lift. Use the aerial lifts to install and remove pole banners for Special Events at the College and Camp O' the Pines.
Assist with Special Events
Assist the Foreman as needed in the following: Assist the Maintenance department as needed in the setup of special events. Prepare Greek Rush trailers and set up Greek Rush booths. Set up and remove the nets around the paintball and Grant fields as needed.
Assist in Overseeing Christmas Lights Setup
Supervise a crew of students and staff to hang exterior Christmas lights throughout campus. Coordinate with the Electrical department regarding power needs for Christmas Lights decorations. Set up campus Christmas trees as requested by the Interiors department.

College Degree, HS (Required)
Work Experience
1 years in carpentry, 1 years in general handyman work, 2 years in maintenance, 5 years in related field
Physical Requirements and Skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds, Hand Tools, High Pressure Washing, Ladders, Lift, bend, stretch, push, or pull as needed, Light Carpentry, Mechanical Repairs, Power Tools, Scaffolding Safety, State driver's license
