PM Dishwasher

We are looking for a dedicated PM Dishwasher to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and organization of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment for dinner shifts. You will play a vital role in maintaining a sanitary kitchen environment and supporting the efficiency of our culinary team. *Looking for Tuesday-Sunday availability*

**Duties:**

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed

- Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately

- Follow proper sanitation procedures and adhere to food safety regulations

**Skills:**

- Prior experience in a hospitality or kitchen environment preferred

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation standards

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

- Willingness to learn and take on additional tasks as required

- Understanding of food handling procedures is a plus

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
