As a Sales Representative specializing in big box retail sales, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base among Fortune 500 companies. We have a goal over the next 5 months to create the most diverse, dynamic, compeditive sales division in the area. Our clients are also looking for individuals who not only emboy high levels of standards and habits, but also individuals who are unapologetic and confident when it comes to leading sales teams! Gameplan Responsiblities :

Brand Representation: Serve as the primary brand ambassador, embodying our values of excellence, determination, compeditivness and success.

Engagement: Interact with customers and clients in a personable and engaging manner, execllent communication skills and ablity to build rapport.

Event Participation: Attend live promotions, events, and venues to promote our brand and generate excitement among customers.

Training and Coaching: Must have be coachable and trainable, taking full advantage of growth opportunities within our company as well as participating in training programs, coaching sessions, and leadership development seminars.

Leadership by Example: Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your role and inspiring others to do the same.

Performance-Based: Drive KPI’s and revenune within our clients brand generating high profit margins.

Enthusiastic Personality: An outgoing and enthusiastic demeanor that energizes those around you.Social Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
