Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled Level 1 Data Center Support Technician with a strong background in data centers, testing, and telecommunications.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing mobile devices, ensuring their optimal performance, and supporting our data center and telecom operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and other wireless devices.
- Conduct thorough testing of mobile devices to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with data center and telecom teams to integrate mobile solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices and their connectivity.
- Develop and implement mobile device management (MDM) policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze mobile device performance and usage, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for mobile device security and management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile technology, data centers, and telecommunications.
Key Requirments :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile device management, with a focus on data centers and telecommunications.
- Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Experience with testing methodologies and tools for mobile devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
