Join our Team:

We are a property management company with commercial buildings primarily located in the Milwaukee Downtown area. We are seeking a building maintenance worker to join our staff and will train the appropriate candidate. The ideal person will have a go-getter attitude & be a self-motivated team player.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify building issues and maintenance needs.
• Daily workflow consists of completing work orders and conducting preventative maintenance.
• Performs minor plumbing & electrical maintenance.
• Replace light bulbs & ballasts.
• Previous experience working on HVAC systems would be helpful

• Other building related maintenance and repair issues as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• 0-2 years commercial building engineer experience and/but will train the appropriate candidate.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
