Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a pure hunter with a proven track record in sales, who is skilled in email outreach, cold calling, and setting up sales demos. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including email campaigns, cold calling, social media, and networking.

· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.

· Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Set up and conduct effective sales demos to showcase Delve Health's innovative solutions to prospective clients.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling outreach strategies and materials.

· Track and manage all sales activities and opportunities using CRM software.

· Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and results to the management team.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
