Pentair is Hiring a Warehouse Technician-1st shift Near Calexico, CA
Join us as a Warehouse technician in our Calexico, CA facility.
You will…pick & prepare orders for shipping and utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a wide variety of items.
What’s in it for you?
- The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is: $15.38- $28.55. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

More details about the opportunity:
- Packing incoming stock away, taking inventory and reporting shortages.
- Picking orders as requested by management and ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to shipping area.
- Sealing and tagging containers, confirming accuracy of orders, and signing pick tickets to confirm.
- Placing containers on pallets, and securing with stretch wrap, shrink wrap and strapping.
- Picking, placing, and Loading products by using Forklifts, Carts, and Pallet Jacks.
- Must have at least 1 year of prior forklift experience.
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse environment.
- 1st shift (Starting time 7:00AM)
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- In order to accommodate the needs of our business, it may be necessary to change individual work schedules on either a short-term or long-term basis.
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
