This position will demonstrate leadership in attaining department goals, objectives, productivity, and quality targets and is also responsible for completing fulfillment of work products according to department guidelines and policies, and per internal and external customer quality requirements.

What’s in it for you?
- The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is: $17.88 - $33.22. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
More details about the opportunity:
- Work closely with Purchasing to improve quality of paperwork and packaging of incoming receipts from vendors.
- Receive parcel Inbound shipments, verify contents, apply labels and put- away while entering all receipts into the ERP system “SAP”.
- Pick and palletize customer orders for timely shipment.
- Pull and pack small spares parts using corrugated cardboard boxes, process shipment through UPS/ FedEx Manifest systems.
- Customize packaging and pallets.

- Flex throughout the warehouse and assembly when needed.
- Organizing and adjusting work schedule and resources based on planned and/or actual workload in assigned area of responsibility, within budgetary guidelines
- Follow company safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Must communicate with peers and across all internal departments effectively and in a professional manner.
- General knowledge of distribution/fulfillment business processes is required.
- Forklift operation-license required.
- Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
- 1st shift – 6:00am – 2:40pm Monday - Friday
