Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in project management software and tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Document Control Management: RFIs, Submittals, Drawing Updates, Closeout
- Project Change Process: Identify, Assemble, Expedite approval
- Procurement: Long lead management, prepares scopes, assess pricing
- Risk Management: Basic knowledge, track productivity, understand risks
- Technical Builder: Constructability Reviews, Planning and Scheduling, Field Knowledge
- Coordinate with internal teams, external trade partners, and clients.
- Monitor Project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure safety and quality of project.
