Summary Of Essential Job FunctionsResponsible for maintaining good housekeeping in work area and adjoining areas at all times. Responsible for maintaining good safety practices at all times. Responsible for maintaining facility in compliance with all internal and external requirements to produce safe, legal and quality food. Responsible for disassembling, cleaning and re-assembling all equipment assigned. May be responsible for checking and maintaining interior and external pest control devices.

Specific Responsibilities Relating To Food Safety, Legality And Quality
- Properly uses cleaning chemicals as specified on manufacturers label
- Properly reads, comprehends and completes required forms
- Conducts post cleaning evaluations to ensure equipment is ready for production
- Reports and takes necessary action to prevent food safety, legality and quality problems from occurring.
- Follows and enforces programs and procedures outlined in the Food Safety and Quality Manual to support compliance with the approved GFSI certification standard and other third party audits.
