Your role will involve leading and managing complex, multi-faceted projects while collaborating closely with contractors, engineering teams, and sales professionals. What You'll Do:

• Deliver custom solutions on time and within budget, ensuring high-level customer service and a positive client experience.
• Lead and manage projects of varying scope, overseeing coordination of complex, cross-functional activities, and guiding team members to successful completion.
• Plan, schedule, and manage engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities, maintaining current job plans and specifications.
• Facilitate project meetings, review job documentation, and verify material and manpower requirements, ensuring accurate project documentation and communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Proactively manage project portfolios, alert management of budget or scope changes, and handle the change order process with sales and operations teams.
• Collaborate with engineering on design and drafting, coordinate procurement of materials and services, and prepare and implement project installation plans and job procedures.
• Maintain construction schedules, coordinate with contractors and trades, and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Keep all parties informed of progress, maintain comprehensive job records, and assist in project estimating for company bids.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications That Will Set You Apart:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree; or three years related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of professional audio, video, IP video surveillance, card access, intercom, and data networking products.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
• Continuous improvement certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.
