**Location:** Huhot * Work with the General Manager to oversee daily business operations

* Deliver superior food and service and maximize customer service

* Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

* Organize and supervise shifts

* Assist in developing employees by providing ongoing feedback and establishing performance expectations

* Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues

* Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

* Estimate future needs for good and products

* Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

* Manage restaurants great image and suggest ways to improve it

* Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Completes accident reports promptly if a guest or employee is injured

* Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances

* Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service

* Estimate food needs, place orders with distributors, and schedule the delivery of fresh food and supplies

* Proven work experience as a restaurant assistant manager or similar role

* Experience with inventory and helping to control spending

* Displays stress management skills

* Strong leadership, motivation and people skills

* Proven customer service experience as a manager

* Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff

* Great attitude and customer-oriented personality

* Possesses POS and MS Office computer skills

* Likes to have fun at work
