The Transactions Analyst will assist in all aspects of the acquisition and disposition process. Responsibilities will include underwriting potential acquisitions, in-depth scenario analysis, identifying risks, evaluating local markets, and preparing investment committee materials. In addition, the transactions analyst will prepare annual asset management presentations.
