Role Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders for technology products and services, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to fulfill orders and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Track the progress of technology projects from initiation to completion, monitoring timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Communicate regularly with customers, internal stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates on order status and project milestones.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders or project timelines in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all orders, project activities, and communications for future reference.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
- Provide reports and updates on order processing and project status to management and relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in order processing and project management workflows.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in order processing and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, technology, or project management, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in order processing, project coordination, or a similar role in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of technology products, services, and terminology.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
