- Enter sample orders in the Ship Station
- print FedEx & dry ice labels
- Assist with pulling/packing samples as needed (backup to new samples person)
- Monitor customer service email box & reply to emails as required
- Enter customer POs, etc.
- Filing, etc.
- Customer service experience
- Email etiquette
- Data keeping
- Must be efficient with strong attention to details
- Ability to independently organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and Power Point)
