People First is looking for an Asset Recover Manager to join the team! The Asset Recovery Manager is responsible for organizing, planning, and directing all operations of the Asset Recovery Department. Oversees all Asset Recovery functions including the control of credit accounts that are late, potentially delinquent, delinquent, or charged off. Assists in the resolution of difficult and complex account situations. Represents People First in court proceedings to ensure the maximum outcome for the credit union. Ensures established policies, procedures, and legal requirements are followed. Coordinates activities, ensuring all subordinate areas of responsibility support Credit Union objectives. Trains, directs, and appraises personnel. Ensures services are delivered professionally and efficiently.
