Business Analyst
TeamSoft IT Solution’s client is looking for a contract-to-hire Business Analyst. This position is hybrid in Germantown, WI. This contract position pays between 25/hr-35/hr.
Business Analyst Job Summary:
  • Identify and communicate with key project stakeholders to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
  • Liaise between various business departments and groups.
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
  • Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
  • Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of project development.
Business Analyst Qualifications:
  • 4-year degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in analytics and systems development.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst with Project Coordination or some Project Management experience is desired.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications including high-level experience with Microsoft SQL standard database software.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and user expectations.
  • Extensive experience with data visualization.
  • High proficiency in technical writing.
