Position Requirements:

• Must have a City of Omaha Journeyman License or UPC License
• Must be able to read blue prints and run a job site along with a crew
• Inspecting structure, locating and marking positions of pipes, connections, and passage holes for pipe in walls and floors
• Ability to interpret drawings and layouts from mechanical drawings
• Building plumbing systems, gas, water, sewer, steam systems, inspections
• Must be able to perform takeoff, plan work, order material with minimal shorts
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finish
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
