• Compensation: $20-35/hr based on experience and licensing (with additional opportunities for $$$)

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Install power wiring, control wiring, fire alarm wiring, and communications wiring in conduit.
• Install and repair electrical equipment
• Adhere to all safety and quality codes
• Install power distribution equipment including breaker panels, transformers, disconnects, meter sockets, etc.
• Mount and install light fixtures and lighting controls.
• Plan, organize, and lead crews in the installation of various projects.
• Work closely with Progressive Project Managers to ensure that all projects are completed on schedule and on budget.
• Establish and maintain positive relationship with all customers.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience as an electrician preferred
• Applicant should be able to evaluate an electrical job, assemble a full material list and execute the tasks involved to complete the tasks.
• Working knowledge of construction, electrical work, systems, and troubleshooting
• Applicant should be able to work from extension ladders, scaffolding or scissor lifts from 10’ to 30’ heights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management staff. 
• Able to follow direction and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Residential/Commercial experience preferred; approximately 70% residential, 30% commercial
• Must have valid driver’s license & reasonably clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, and background
