People Ready is looking for a temporary Administration/Finance Assistant to perform a variety of administration tasks and support our company’s finance department. This position will be performed at our Missoula office, Monday – Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Depending on needs, could be up to 40 hours.

We are looking for a candidate who has prior experience working accounts payable and/or receivables, and with lower to mid-level bookkeeping. Time management, adaptability and proficiency are key for this role.

Main responsibilities for this position, but not limited to:

*Handling correspondence

*Logistics – setting up freight and small shipments

*Coordinating travel arrangements

*Administration paperwork – Visa’s, supplier documents, client and internal requests

*Ordering supplies and purchase order requests

*Raising purchase orders

*Accurately entering purchase invoices on daily basis

*Reconcile suppliers GL accounts

*Raising sales invoices

*Uploading sales invoices to client portals

*Following up on client payments

*Prepare intercompany invoice and documentation

*Credit card reconciliation on monthly basis

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
