Join Unified Industries Incorporated (UII) as an Accounting and Contracts Manager!

We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee government cost accounting, compliance, and contract management.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Evaluate and manage RFP requirements, including signing and reviewing contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative and contractual guidelines.
• Draft and execute NDA’s, Teaming Agreements, and Subcontract documents.
• Collaborate with agencies like DCMA and DCAA for contract management and compliance.
• Monitor contracts for funding levels and reporting requirements.
• Develop fiscal reports and budgeting documentation.
• Maintain real-time fiscal tracking and reporting systems.
• Oversee general accounting functions and ensure adherence to GAAP.
• Provide financial insights and support to executives for strategic decision-making.
• Manage financial reports including cash flow, budget performance, and organizational revenue/expenses.

Your Qualifications should include:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 10 years of contract and accounting experience in DOD or government procurement.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and CAS compliance.
• Proven skills in contract negotiation and budget management.
• Experience with legislative regulations and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software, ideally SAGE MAS.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
