Job Summary:Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions, and ensuring smooth communication between business and technical teams. This role involves working across multiple systems, including Documentum, within large-scale program management environments.
Key Responsibilities:● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of project goals and objectives.
● Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
● Work across multiple systems, including Documentum, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
● Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
● Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams, acting as a liaison to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.
● Participate in large-scale program management, contributing to the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
● Develop and maintain documentation, including business process models, requirement specifications, and user guides.
● Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
● Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
● 4 years of experience in business analysis, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical solutions.
● Experience working across multiple systems like Documentum and large-scale program management environments.
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise between business and technical teams.
● Analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
