Unified Industries Incorporated (UII) is seeking a dynamic Quality Management Implementation Specialist to join our team and support the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance and upholding the quality standards within WMATA's Office of Quality Assurance, Internal Compliance, and Oversight (QICO).

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Support Quality Management Systems : Assist in maintaining and enhancing the QMS framework to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and Revise Quality Documentation : Create and update procedures, policies, and plans to align with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001-2015).
• Promote QMS Programs : Engage in outreach and training to ensure broad understanding and adoption of QMS practices.
• Ensure Compliance : Oversee document reviews and ensure adherence to the Quality Management System Plan (QMSP).

What We're Looking For

Your Background and Experience should include:

• Education: Bachelor’s with 5 years in quality management or project implementation; or Master’s with 2 years in related fields; or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience Required:
  • • 5 years in supporting large scale projects
    • 2 years leading teams of 4-8: 2 years (Required)
    • 3 years ISO 9001 2015
    • 5 years SharePoint
    • 5 years QMS
• Skills :
  • • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
    • Self-motivated with a knack for managing multiple tasks.
    • Experience in public transportation or rail is a plus.
    • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
    • Capable of developing detailed and executive-level reports.
    • Ability to develop and execute project plans effectively.
