This full-time, permanent position based in Washington, DC, offers an impactful role in supporting the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) and enhancing the quality of public transit.

As the Quality Management Applications Support Specialist , you’ll be a key player in WMATA’s Office of Quality Assurance, Internal Compliance, and Oversight (QICO). You’ll support our Quality Management team in maintaining high standards across engineering and regulatory compliance to ensure the success of WMATA's operations.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Quality Management System (QMS) Support: Help maintain and enhance the QMS framework to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• System Management: Manage and maintain document repositories and system updates, ensuring smooth operations and accurate process flows.
• Training and Outreach: Develop and support training programs and promotional strategies to advance the QMS program.

What We’re Looking For

We seek candidates who bring expertise, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit to our diverse team. Your qualifications should include:

• Advanced skills in PowerApps and Power Automate, Power BI, including integration with SharePoint and handling large datasets.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, REST API, ODATA, JSON, and CSS.
• Experience in establishing templates and document control workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, 7 years of experience without a degree.
• Ability to effectively present and communicate with all levels of management.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently to deliver multiple projects on time.
• Public Transportation/Rail Experience a plus, but not mandatory.
