People Source Staffing We are seeking skilled and experienced Certified Commercial HVAC Service Technicians throughout the DFW Metroplex.

We have available positions in Lewisville, Dallas, Haltom City & Fort Worth Areas .

HVAC Service Tech Level Pay : Entry Level 0 2 Yrs. Experience $22 - $24 Mid-Level 3yrs - 5 Yrs. Experience $25 - $27 Advanced Level 6 Yrs.

$28 - $32 Senior Level 8 Yrs. $32 - $40 Pay Rates are all Based on Verified Experienc e Responsibilities :

• Perform skilled work in the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance work on HVAC equipment; change filters, belts, clean coils and lubricate, as necessary.
• Technicians will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairs of split system units, RTU’s, VRF Mini-Split systems and single Mini-Split systems
• Technician will be required to complete all required company documentation for start-ups, warranty claims, Extra Work Authorizations, etc
• Install electrical, electronic and pneumatic controls.
• Perform brazing and soldering tasks as required for installation or repair of HVAC equipment
• Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks and maintain a clean vehicle at all times.
• Provide technical support to customers and / or technicians.
• Take readings from pressure gauges, thermometers, and electrical meters to evaluate proper equipment operation.
• Read and adhere to diagrams, blueprints, specifications and manuals for installation and repair of HVAC equipment.
• Commission start-up and checkout of HVAC equipment

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited HVAC apprenticeship program or vocational training is preferred.
• Verifiable experience with Multiple A / C Units.
• Must have fundamental understanding of controls and line voltage electrical systems within equipment.
• EPA Universal Certification for handling refrigerants.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation & Clean Driving Record
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, including refrigeration cycles, air distribution, and thermal control.
• Familiarity with a variety of HVAC equipment and systems, including split systems, packaged units, heat pumps, and more.
