PEOPLEASE is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Charleston, SC

Position SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for developing marketing initiatives, managing projects and campaigns, and driving execution that craft compelling stories of how Peoplease’s tailored PEO services enable clients to focus on their core business. This position drives marketing strategies that target key decision-makers in industries such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, staffing and more.
An ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and execute the coordination of multiple projects within required timeframes and expectations; demonstrated excellence in communication skills; be able to inform both orally and in writing; working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Demonstrate the ability to perform detail-oriented tasks; interact, coordinate, follow up, and effectively communicate with other team members, regional teams, Senior Management, and Third-Party Administrators.
Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to function as a remote employee in a distributed work team.

  • Develop data-driven marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive revenue growth in our target PEO markets.
  • Implement marketing campaigns from ideation to final analysis and refinement.
  • Conduct market research to deeply understand the unique needs, challenges, and preferences of blue and gray-collar business owners and their workforce.
  • Create and maintain engaging content across channels that communicates the value of Peoplease's PEO solutions for both clients and their employees.
  • Collaborate with sales, client services, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Diligently monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics; proactively identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Manage the marketing budget and vendor relationships to maximize return on investment.
  • Stay at the forefront of PEO industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing best practices.
  • Create engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.
  • Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors and advertising agencies.
Qualifications (knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the PEO, HR outsourcing, or business services industries required.
  • Working knowledge of PEO-specific marketing strategies and channels preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and project management tools including SalesForce, Apollo.io, Canva, Google Analytics, Adobe, PrismHR/Clientspace preferred.
  • Established relationships with key industry publications, associations, and influencers preferred.
  • Familiarity with PPC advertising, Search Engine Optimization, content marketing, Social Media Advertising, and conversion optimization tactics preferred.
  • Strong leadership qualities, a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive innovation.
  • Proven success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to glean actionable insights from complex data.
  • Exceptional writing and communication abilities; able to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position will be working primarily indoors and some of the time in an outdoor environment. From this movement, the employee will encounter varying temperatures. The normal auto and air travel hazards will apply.
