- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC and communication tools such as email, internet, Bluebeam, OnScreen Takeoff, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage administrative and technical aspects of construction projects
- Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and a focus on meeting/exceeding customer expectations
- Work primarily on job sites in an office trailer or existing structure
- Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when outside the office trailer or structure
