The pay rate for this job is $20 - $35 / hour.
What you'll be doing as a Outreach Associate:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories to generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Engage with homeowners and businesses to introduce our clients' products or services.
- Collect and record relevant information from leads, including contact details, preferences, and feedback.
- Represent clients professionally and ethically, adhering to company guidelines and industry regulations at all times.
- Build rapport with potential customers and address any questions or concerns they may have about the products or services being offered.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
Shift Timings - All Available
Job requirements:
- Entrepreneurial spirit required!
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or direct marketing is preferred but not required. We will train!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using mobile devices for data collection and reporting.
- Background Check Required
