Overview

As a Marketing Manager at Peoples, you will be joining an award-winning marketing team to look after our Ford Motor Company marketing strategy. You will play a pivotal role in steering our sales and talent acquisition efforts, managing high-impact projects with a strong focus on strategic effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Work with stakeholders to formulate and execute forward thinking marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve key objectives. Utilise data driven insights and market research to identify opportunities, optimise campaigns, and enhanced overall marketing effectiveness. Lead the development of quarterly marketing plans, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Project and Account Management: Lead and manage high impact marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Oversee project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure objectives are met. Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and manage resources effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Utilise project management tools to track progress, report on outcomes, and continuously optimise processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Content Creation: Lead the development and execution of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with marketing strategies and business goals. Oversee the creation of SEO-optimised content, ensuring it drives organic traffic and enhances online visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, video, web and sales to produce compelling landing pages, blogs and email campaigns. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content and leverage data insights to continuously refine and improve content effectiveness. Manage external content creators and agencies to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
  • Social Media Advertising: Develop and execute advanced social media advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. Simply we aim to be the most engaged brand in the Ford Retail Network. Oversee the creation, implementation and optimisation of targeted paid ad campaigns across various social media platforms. Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to produce compelling creatives that resonate with our target audience. Utilise data analytics to track campaign performance, generate insights and refine strategies for maximum ROI.
  • PPC Advertising: Collaborate closely with our PPC specialist to develop and refine paid digital advertising strategies that align with business priorities and drive significant results. Oversee the implementation and optimisation of pay-per-click campaigns to ensure optimal targeting and budget utilisation. Utilise analytics to monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and make data-driven adjustments for maximum ROI.
  • Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact events that effectively promote our brand and engage with our target audience. Develop comprehensive event strategies that align with marketing objectives and drive business growth. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create memorable experiences that enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Affiliate Management: Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key affiliate networks and third-party websites to drive lead generation and enhance marketing reach. Oversee the onboarding and performance of affiliate partners, ensuring they align with our brand values and objectives. Monitor affiliate activities, analyse performance data and implement optimisation strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Internal Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and maintain open communication with internal teams, external partners, suppliers and key stakeholders, including senior marketing contacts at Ford Motor Company and other manufacturer partners. Coordinate cross functional initiatives to ensure alignment across all marketing activities. Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep all parties informed about project progress and marketing outcomes. Leverage these relationships to gain insights, drive collaboration, and support the execution of integrated marketing strategies that enhance business growth.

Requirements
