Our family owned business, Peoples State Bank of Velva, is on the look for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our growing community bank. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and understanding of our day to day operations. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

```Responsibilities```

- Developing a strong understanding of all facts associated with the day to day operations of the bank.

- Work with both the Minot and Velva branches to ensure the successful front line teamwork that translates to our excellent customer service.

- Have the ability to understand IT programs and software and work with fellow teammates to keep up with the ever changing compliance with it.

- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports that are associated with the day to day operations of the bank.

- Prior banking experience preferred for this position.

The ideal canddiate will work in either Minot or Velva, but be willing to travel to the other branch as the job requires. This job is not remote. Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
